I trained at the European College of Holistic Medicine in Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Coaching and in the revolutionary Lightning Process (TM). I also trained at The EFT Centre to practitioner level 2 in Emotional Freedom Techniques. I gained a BSc in Integrative Counselling at Roehampton University. I am a regular supervisor on the highly successful Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP and Coaching course run at ECHM. (MBIH and AAMET)
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP):
NLP is the study of human excellence. Designed in the 70s by
Dr John Grinder (then a linguistics professor) and Richard Bandler (then a maths and computer programming student) by studying excellent therapists who consistently produced great results (Satir, Erikson and Perls), NLP helps us to understand how we individually construct our worlds or inner reality.
Neuro – relates to the mind
Linguistic – relates to language, both verbal and body
Programming - relates to behaviour and the patterns we run
Using NLP we can discover the structure of how we achieve excellence, conversely we can also find out how we produce non-life enhancing results through our thinking patterns and behaviours.
